As a Supervisor Trade Marketing at Philip Morris Bulgaria, you will be responsible for designing and deploying mid- and long-term visibility plans in Indirect Retail channel based on business priorities together with building full concept of multicategory visibility for different Indirect Retail segments.

Your ‘day to day’:

• Deploy and monitor brand, product, and trade campaign for Indirect Retail channel according to SFP calendar – definition of toolboxes with temporary POSMs, consumer engagements, trade engagement;
• Plan, design & order infrastructure assets (permanent POSMs) for all Indirect Retail segments keeping constant compliance with global guidelines for quality and design;
• Maintain existing infrastructure following operating processes;
• Regularly measure and analyze the effectiveness of permanent POMs and initiate respective actions for improvement;
• Participate in commercial programs, projects and initiatives collaborating closely with Commercial planning and FSF team;
• Collect and analyze consumers’ and customers’ needs through regular market visits transferring them into meaningful POS solutions and communication materials.

Who we’re looking for:

• University degree, ideally in Marketing and BA
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing or Commercial roles
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with consumer centric mindset
• Strong negotiation skills
• Cross-functional and critical thinking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in third-party management
• Ability to manage changes with strong result orientation
• Fluent Bulgarian and English language
