Job Title: VIP 2nd LEVEL Player Support
Reports to: Head of Online Operations

Primary Tasks:
• Provide personalized services to players, focusing on known rated players and players who can be developed into high-end players.
• Answer customer inquiries with respect and courtesy and directing issues to management.
• Proactively answer phone calls, greets, interacts, and assist players in a professional manner to foster positive and long lasting relationships.
• Assist to colleagues by providing them insight regarding quality customer service.
• Promote and maintain the utmost integrity and highest level of player support.
• Enter VIP player information into the database.
• Issue bonuses to players in accordance with the company casino policy.
• Inform players of all current and upcoming special events, promotions, as well as casino activities.
• Resolve any problem or perceived inconvenience in order to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned

Required Skills and Experience:
• Must display excellent people skills and be outgoing and enjoy working with players from all walks of life.
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload.
• Effective oral and written communication skills as well as ability to interface with various levels of management.
• Past marketing and/or promotional experience preferred.
• Prior experience with events, giveaways, etc. Past casino experience in a guest-relations position is also considered.
