Sales Manager

"Lighthouse Golf and Spa Hotel AD" is one of the leading hotels on the north Bulgarian coast, part of the prestigious European Tour Properties Group. Our team consists of enthusiastic people who believe in the high level of service and success of the company.

We are looking for dynamic, motivated and positive person to join our Sales Team.

Responsibilities:
• Provide quality customer service according to the company standards;
• Contributes to maintaining a positive image of the company;
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach;
• Grow and maintain the sales of the hotel through pro-active direct sales, marketing, direct mail, calls and tours;
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with clients and markets;
• Manage and update digital content and social media content;
• Conduct price negotiations, send offers and pursue contracting with customers, tour operators and corporate companies;
• Developing a thorough understanding of clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions, packages and offers;
• Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate service that best meets their specifications and needs;
• Overall management of the pricing strategy, revenue and budget;
• Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.

• Effective team player with positive attitude;
• Fluent in English written and spoken at the working level;
• A second foreign language will be considered an advantage;
• Skills to work with hotel software Clock Evolution will be considered an advantage.
