Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. College degree required. Minimum 6 years of Purchasing and/or Procurement experience. Hospitality sector experience is a must. Proficiency in English, Bulgarian, and Turkish languages. Strong inventory and supply chain management knowledge. Excellent negotiation and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Effective leadership and supervisory experience. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Key Responsibilities: Maintain strong supplier relationships and coordinate internal supply needs. Lead and supervise daily purchasing team activities. Optimize purchasing processes and negotiate favorable deals. Oversee the Hotels' Cost Control Function. Collaborate closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure seamless supply chain management. Ensure compliance with Purchasing and Procurement guidelines.
