As a Technical recruitment company, we’re specialized in head-hunting and business consultancy, working on profiles from the whole software development life cycle. Now, we are looking for a enthusiastic, ambitious and experienced Business development specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• You will have a crucial role in researching and proactively reaching out to potential new clients via various channels
• Growing IT PROvocator’s client portfolio and contributing to the brand awareness
• Being the “go-to” person tracking new companies entering our market and presenting IT PROvocator’s services
• Analyzing new potential markets.
• Maintaining a thorough market information
• Affirming our services, standards and brand
• Optimizing the company’s presentation and image;
• Exploring different approaches towards clients and sharing your know-how
• Being the active part of the business meetings with potential clients
• Working along with the Co-Founders

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a business development specialist and/or sales specialist from Recruitment, HR or similar B2B domain
• You possess exceptional relationship-building skills, and you are comfortable presenting independently to potential business partners
• You are proactive, result-oriented and self-initiative
• Working under minimum supervision
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Keeping up-to-date with IT trends
• High-level of energy
• Excellent English level – both verbal and written
• Desire for innovations and capability for learning new things every day
• Completed University degree
