WRITTEN INFORMATION ON THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING OF THE JOB APPLICANTS IN LOUIS DREYFUS COMPANY SERVICES BULGARIA EOOD
LOUIS DREYFUS COMPANY SERVICES BULGARIA EOOD (hereinafter referred to as LDCSB or the Controller), registered in the Commercial Register with the Registry Agency under UIC 203101017, with registered seat and address: 69, Bulgaria Blvd., Office Building B, floor 6, Triaditsa Region, 1404 Sofia is the controller of your personal data – names, PIN/PNF, date of birth, address, incl. e-mail address, telephone number, education, data regarding the labour activity, additional qualification and other data, which you have voluntarily decided to provide us with in order to participate in the selection procedure for the announced vacant job position.

Your personal data are processed by the Controller on the basis of Art. 6, Para. 1, letter b), second proposal of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR), namely – to take steps at your request before the conclusion of an Employment Contract with the Controller. This processing is performed for the purposes of examining your application within the selection procedure for filling up the job position, announced as vacant by the Controller. The Controller will process your personal data in the manner as described hereinabove for up to 6 (six) months, counted from conclusion of the selection procedure.
Upon completion of the selection procedure, and in the event that no Employment Contract is concluded with you and you have given your explicit consent for that, your personal data may continue to be processed further by the Controller on the basis of Art. 6, Para. 1, letter f) of the GDPR, namely - for the purposes of the business interests of LDCSB, consisting of the inclusion of your personal data in a database of the Controller for future use in the selection of job applicants.
Your personal data will be provided to third parties where such an obligation exists pursuant to the applicable legislation.
Your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data are:
• To request access to, rectification of and/or erasure of the personal data collected for you;
•To request the restriction of the processing of your personal data;
• To submit an objection to the Controller’s processing of your personal data;
•To lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection in connection with the personal data provided by you to the Controller.
The provision of personal data on your part is necessary in order for you to take part in the selection procedure for filling up the vacant job position. If you choose not to provide your personal data, you will not have the opportunity to participate in the selection procedure.
When processing your personal data, LDCSB does not use an automated decision-making system that includes profiling.
CONSENT FORM
After I have acknowledged the specified hereinabove information about the processing of my personal data, I declare that:
I agree my personal data: names, PIN/PNF, date of birth, address, incl. e-mail address, telephone number, education, data regarding the labour activity, additional qualification and other data, which I have decided to provide to LDCSB through my CV and/or other similar documents, to be used by the Controller for maintenance of a database for future selection of applicants within 12 months as of the provision of the data. In this regard, I agree upon necessity my personal data to be provided to/ processed by the engaged by the Controller recruitment and legal consultants.
I am informed that the consent provided by me for the specified purpose hereinabove can be withdrawn at any time by submitting a written request to the Controller. Such subsequent withdrawal of my consent will not affect the processing of the data, which is based on the consent I have provided up to the moment of its withdrawal. After the withdrawal of my consent my personal data will no longer be collected and processed in any manner for the purpose I have objected.
Each consent for processing of my personal data for the specifically described hereinabove purpose is freely expressed, specific, informed and represents an unambiguous indication of my will with regard to the processed data.
Each consent is given freely and completely voluntarily whereby upon its signing I have not been threatened or forced in any way; no physical violence or psychological pressure has been exercised on me.
I completely understand the meaning of the consent provided by me and I aim its consequences, namely the processing of my personal data for the specific purpose.
