Our Engineering Team is seeking for a talented and passionate candidate to work with us as a Trainee.

Responsibilities:
• Support organization of the technological activity of production, establishing the technological processes of production and their tracking to achieve and maintain needed results.
• Support the development and implementation of new processes to enable the introduction of new businesses like electrification in the automotive industry.
• Support the continuous improvement of processes and production lines and get trained in the principles of lean manufacturing.
• Support validation equipment and processes to comply with the automotive standards.
• Participate in problem solving activities to address production issues and get trained in 6σ methodology.
• Support the installation, qualification and acceptance of new machines and devices/tooling.
• Take part in the design and construction of assembly lines for new products related to the upcoming electrification of the automotive industry.
• Participate in setting standards for operations based on standard times or chronometric observations.
• Use SPC methods for analysis of measurement results.
• Support the creation of technical specifications and work instructions.
• Support analysis of production and equipment.
• Support the optimization of production processes and resources.

Requirements:
• 3rd or 4th year university student in the Engineering field.
• Fast learner and analytical thinking.
• Pro-active approach, ready to go the extra mile, team player.
• Interest in technological process and products.
• Good working level of English language and MS Office.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and quality standards would be a benefit.
