Job Purpose and Impact
The Accountant Analyst will provide a variety of accounting services for selected processes and countries. In this role, you will be responsible for
preparation of timely and relevant annual financial statements, booking US to Local GAAP adjustments, coordinate and lead the external financial statements audit, preparing statistical reports for Local Authorities etc.


Key Accountabilities
Participate in process improvement projects providing accounting and finance support.

Lead cross trainings for team members as well as cross train for other areas to provide backup for critical tasks.

Drive financial reporting operational and improvement activities.

Participate in related cost calculation activities, variance analysis and reporting.

Complete activities within compliance of related systems and organizational guidelines, policies and requirements.

Overall responsibility for part or all of the staturory reporting activities for all legal entities in the country

Take initiatives and provide support for multiple teams in partnership with related functional areas.

Act as primary point of contact for selected processes to ensure all internal controls are in place and monitored.

Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of two years of related work experience



Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in shared service operations

Experience in finance operations related processes, cost analysis and reporting

Experience working with statutory reporting or audit

German language will be an advantage
