To do that, you’ll need good communication skills and artistic knowledge regarding colors, composition, sound, rhythm, and motion/animation.

Responsibilities
• Concept game invention: the story, game theme and visual style, characters, name;
• Look for referral games and other visual components;
• Lead the graphical design process and prepare sketches and scenarios for game scenes;
• Communicate the game’s purpose, mechanics, the target players, and reasons your creation will be played for a long time in the future;
• Engage team members to join the creative process and accept feedback;
• Test and re-test players’ experience in play: understanding the rules, game animation, and UI design;
• Prepare the art assets for the game and present them to company members and partners;
• Maintenance of the team’s work plan (tasks, milestones, and dependencies) and resource needs within and across teams;
• Supporting the Design, Front-End teams, as well as the QA team to improve set products.

Qualifications
• Passion for gaming or experience in the casino industry and games development;
• Excellent communication skills - English and Bulgarian;
• Lead with enthusiasm and keep team motivated and exited;
• Strong team player, able to focus on details;
• Experience with Interaction Design (Games Concept Design);
• Basics of Photoshop and/or XD;

Advantages
