“REAL ESTATE MARKET AND INVESTMENTS” EDITOR



What do we expect from the candidate:
- To be interested in and to follow important Bulgarian and International sources in order to research and analyze the trends in the most active real estate market segments at local and international level as well as the related industries.
- To know or to be willing to understand what yields, stock, pipeline, vacancy and other important industry indicators are, and how to use them in his/her work
- To identify and approach market players and important aspects that shape the industry agenda. To work in coordination with the marketing and “clients relations” department of the group
- To plan and develop interesting topics related to the real estate industry in Bulgaria and the region
- To create content for The City Media Group‘s print, digital and event platforms related to the topic. To follow the latest trends in content development and distribution.
- Fluency in English and good communication skills
