ActivTrades Plc. is a financial markets broker specializing in trading Forex and CFDs. We are currently looking for talented candidate to join ActivTrades Plc. – Sofia Branch as Translations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
· Oversee the translations of all company content into 12 different languages;
· Ensure that translations are accurate, culturally appropriate, and meet the company's tone and style guidelines;
· Manage and coordinate a team of in-house and freelance translators;
· Act as the primary point of contact for all translation-related requests and inquiries;
· Ensure that all translated content is delivered on time and within budget;
· Ensure that all translation projects are completed to the highest quality and that quality control processes are in place;
· Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management;
· Develop and implement translation workflows and processes to improve efficiency and consistency;
· Monitor industry trends and best practices in translation and localization.

Essential Skills
· Preferably fluent in 3 of - Bulgarian, English, German, Italian, Arabic, Spanish, French;
· Strong project management skills and experience with translation management software;
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines;
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse team of translators and stakeholders.
