Duties and responsibilities:

- Check customers’ applications, including personal data;
- Perform video interviews via video calls with customers;
- Conduct an assessment of customers’ documents for compliance with anti-money laundering and data protection regulations;
- Analyse customers’ behavior for signs of malicious activities;
- Share the feedback with the clients.

What do we expect from the ideal candidate?

- Advanced German and Upper-Intermediate English;
- Has a computer with a stable home Internet connection at high speed (above 50mbps);
- Has required equipment (a laptop/PC and a headset);
- Web camera (built-in laptop camera is fine as long as it provides a clear image and is situated at eye level);
- Headset (with external microphone) ;
- Neutral background (neutral light-colored wall without any patterns or any objects) ;
- Good communication skills;
- Can navigate a large amount of information and is attentive to detail.
