Aicore Bulgaria, a distributor of medicines and medical devices on the territory of Bulgaria and Eastern Europe, is looking for a Personal Assistant of the General Manager.
Responsibilities: - Daily communication and correspondence with local and foreign colleagues, customers and partners - Maintain schedules, arrange appointments and meetings - Organize and support meetings (prepare agendas, moderate meetings and write minutes) - Arrange business travels – transport, accommodation - Prepare reports, using data from the different accounting systems – ERP, CRM etc. - Keeps manager informed of important meetings, tasks and deadlines - Miscellaneous tasks performing to support manager in controlling processes, collecting and processing information, preparing and processing data, liaising with departments, partners etc. - Proactive approach to all of the above Key requirements, skills, and personal qualities: - High school diploma - Fluent in English - Excellent communication skills - MS Office proficiency (Power Point, Excel) - Organizational and planning skills, ability to multitask and prioritize workloads - Ability to analyze, process and present material clearly and concisely - Attention to details and problem-solving skills - Ability to work with confidential information in a proper way Working time: Full-time.
