Requirements:
- University degree–Civil Engineer or Architect
- At least 5 years’ experience on the similar position;
- Knowledge of construction products;
- Experience with construction cost reporting;
- Excellent level of AutoCad;
- Advance level of MS;
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Excellent level of spoken and written English and Bulgarian;
- Turkish language is an advantage;
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure;
- Well-organized and responsible person;
- B Class Driver;

Responsibilities:
- Construction site management and management of subcontractor obligations;
- Attend contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers;
- Construction process management, cost reporting and deadlines;
- Coordinate permitting activities with local authorities;
- May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned by the Directors;
