We are currently looking for talented candidate to join ActivTrades Plc. – Sofia Branch as Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will have a great opportunity to build and develop an extended database of applicants' portfolio for various profiles.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintaining and expanding the database of potential candidates;
• Expanding and maintain different recruitment channels;
• Organizing recruitment campaigns in order to attract the best fits for our teams;
• Pre-screening, contacting and conducting interviews;
• Assisting the HR Manager in other projects.

Essential Skills
• Fluent in oral and written English;
• Proven experience in recruitment (Software development profiles would be considered as an advantage);
• Be well organised, results focused and structured to meet schedules and deadlines;
• Be able to work fast, prioritise and communicate well with the teams;
• Creative and forward thinking.
