Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced Head of Sales that can lead a team of sales representatives covering both B2B and B2C market channels.
Provide leadership over the Sales Department (5-10 people)
Developing monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, and taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets
Manage relationships with existing key customers
Actively coaching, developing, training, evaluating, and motivating his team.
Give advice and recommendations toward improvement of the sales process.
Work with ERP and CRM.
Attend to online and offline company’s events.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business administration or a relevant field
A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices regarding Key account management, B2B sales, Online B2C sales
Experience with ERP and CRM systems
Proficiency in MS Office
Data driven with ability to structure and analyze large amount of data
Ability to lead through motivation and personal example
Ability to coach and train other team members
High level of presentation and negotiation skills
