Finance and Administration Manager

Founded in 1866, Hamberger is today a market-leading manufacturer of wood flooring and toilet seats with 2,600 employees worldwide.

The export ratio of the company is 50% and goes to more than 90 countries. The global group of companies generates annual sales of more than € 325 million.

For the next possible date we are looking for an experienced and committed Finance and Administration Manager for our location in Sevlievo, Bulgaria.

Your responsibilities:

· Ensure the correctness of the monthly Accounting and Year End closing, according to Group-policy as well as local regulations

· Responsible for all financial planning, forecasting and reporting processes

· Management of internal financial control

· Communication with auditors, tax authorities, banks and other institutions

· Responsible for the following departments: Finance/Accounting, Human Resources and IT

· The position is directly subordinated to the General manager

Your profile

· Fluent English language, both oral and written; German Language is a plus

· Relevant University Degree in Business Administration

· Professional experience: 5 years on a similar position. Profound experience/know-how in Finance/Accounting/Tax

· Experience on a managing position is a plus

· Leadership, organizational and communicative skills

· Ability to work in teams while at the same time being able to resolve problems/find solutions independently and proactively

· Negotiation skills
