HR Administrator

HeleCloud™ is a fast-growing technology consultancy and managed services business focused on the AWS platform. We take our clients on a complete journey into the Cloud and work closely with businesses to develop a Cloud roadmap, ensuring that their transition into the Cloud is smooth, secure, and adds value to the organisation. We operate across EMEA with offices in the Netherlands, UK, and Bulgaria. 
We are looking for the newest addition to our HR Team - HR Administrator.

Responsibilities:

Organise and maintain personnel records in both electronic and paper form
Handle payroll administration
Ensure compliance with labour regulations
Administer compensation and benefit plans
Update internal HR database
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise 
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies 
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and applying new perks and benefits
Prepare HR documents & policies
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes 
Prepare all HR related reporting and information for Leadership

Skills Requirements:

Excellent command in English – both written and verbal
A self-starter attitude and ability to work with various and higher information load 
Proven work experience within payroll and HR administration
Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; experience with HR software
Excellent phone, email and in-person communication skills
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
A Can-Do Attitude
Desire to work in a team with a result-driven approach
BSc/BA in Human Resources or relevant field
