Account Coordinator (voice over & subtitles)

Graffiti Studio is an internationally recognized media localization company, dubbing and subtitling TV programs, films, video games, e-learning media and commercials in 150+ languages for companies like Netflix, Discovery, Fox, Ogilvy, BMW, Sony PlayStation, Samsung and Google.

Position:

Account Coordinator (voice over & subtitles)

We are growing! Graffiti Studio is now looking for a motivated professional who is open to learning a new industry and ultimately assist driving growth to our international localization business.

Core Duties/Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries
• Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
• Negotiate prices and service terms with clients
• Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide customers with price estimations
• Prepare quotes, contracts and agreements
• Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process
• Follow up on communication with clients
• Record sales and order information and send copies to entering figures in reports
• Meet Sales targets; review your own performance and aim at exceeding your targets
• Negotiate favorable pricing and terms for service agreements with our suppliers
• Plan, organize, coordinate and execute ongoing dubbing and subtitling projects
• Contract projects with suppliers, manage budgets, production and delivery schedules
• Ensure the delivery of the services and files within specifications to meet set deadlines
• Work with vendors to articulate and correct service failures or deficiencies.

Qualifications

• You have excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• You have strong negotiation skills
• You have a budgeting and contract management experience
• You are enterprising, organized and an excellent communicator
• You are detail oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• You can work autonomously, whilst also maintaining close communication with colleagues
• You have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• You are ambitious and very result oriented

Required experience:

Degree in Marketing, Linguistics, Media or related
Minimum three (3) years of sales/ project management work experience in translation or media
