Business Development Manager-DACH

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as Business Development Manager-DACH

The Business Development Manager is responsible for proactively seeking out and closing new business to meet territory sales targets within DACH. This is done by maintaining a strong and consistent presence in the market and building relationships. This person should have corporate sales experience and know-how to negotiate and build relationships. The position is based in our Sofia HQ.

Your responsibilities:

• Establish solid and trusting relationship with customers
• Grow sales opportunities generated from marketing activities, market research, and networking
• Drive revenue and market share growth while facilitating sell-through and ensuring effective conversion rate in a very competitive market
• Prospect new accounts, generate interest, qualify, develop, and close new business
• Work independently to meet and exceed revenue targets and goals assigned to the territory
• Manage, track, and report on all activities and results to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training

Qualifications & Competences:

• 2+ years of experience in business development, international sales, or key account management on B2B level
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Multitasking and time management skills, ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in German and English, written and verbal
• Self-motivation, a drive to succeed and an ability to work as part of a team required
• Proactive, self-starter with high-level of persistence and can-do attitude
