Your role as Sales Expert

As a Sales Expert, you will be part of the Sales division of distribution transformers business unit based in Sofia. You will be responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy for the transformer’s product offerings within the business in the entrusted region.

Main responsibilities:
• Implement strategic sales plan with desired and planned profit in the area of responsibility
• Ensure production order receipt consistency
• Implement work principles compliant with best practices in sales tools, processes and organization
• Present company products, provide technical guidance, participate in exhibitions, attract new customers in new and existing markets
• Participate in the planning process on a monthly basis and on demand
• Plan and arrange meetings with clients about quarterly planning budget
• Monitor closely the local market, to understand its trends and competitors in order to secure sales growth for products and services
• Conduct market research and analysis, with focus on new trends and in line with the Company’s strategy

Our requirements:
• A problem-solver who strives to understand different scenarios and works to resolve complex situations.
• Strong analytical skills
• Key competencies for deep assessment - focus on results, cooperation, communication skills

• Degree in electrical or technical education is required- Bachelor’s or Master
• Successful experience in sales of sophisticated equipment to end users.
• Completed large projects in the field of sales in the B2B market, including complex solutions, not just a product.
• Desire to promote a quality product on the energy market along the entire chain from generation to consumption.
• Willingness to implement long-term project sales
• Business Proficiency in English
• Other languages as Albanian will be considered as advantage

• Readiness for business trips, at least 50% of the working time.
