Ideal Standard – Vidima is one of the biggest employers in the country with over 3,200 people.

The company is now looking to employ a motivated professional for the position of:

(located in the Financial Services Group, based in Sevlievo)

Main responsibilities
• Monitors accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• Investigates historical data for each debt or bill.
• Keeps close contact with the customers to encourage timely debt payments.
• Prepares client statements.
• Negotiates re-payment plans.
• Manages collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit limits.
• Builds and maintains a database of customers.
• Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments, and from customers.
• Setting up of terms and conditions of credit.
• Prepares credit control related reports.
• Supports administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Ensures customers are satisfied to maintain a positive brand image for the company.
• Suggest methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and technologies.

The Successful Candidate has:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree;
• Minimum 3 years experience in a risk analysis related function;
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, additional knowledge of German/French/Italian is a preferable;
• Worked perfectly with MS Office /especially MS Excel/;
• Experienced in working with ERP systems (SAP) would be a plus;
• International mind-set;
• Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines & targets.
