This role would be ideal for candidates who strive for excellence when getting things done, whilst continuously seeking new and improved ways of impacting our day-to-day operations. We are currently expanding our team’s geographic scope and growing our EMEA Talent Acquisition presence aiming to establish our Sofia HR Hub as a distinctive Center of Excellence for our recruitment end-to-end operations.

We have a role for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. This role would be ideal for you even if you have very limited relevant professional experience. We require passion for growth in the Talent Acquisition area, desire to learn how the operation works and ability to grasp complex processes combined with master flexibility and people skills. A Recruitment Coordinator who would thrive well in our environment is someone who has a strong eye for detail when working with reports while at the same time has strong sense of autonomy and is able to drive team projects to completion.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team in various stages of the end-to-end recruitment process
• Providing general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team by preparing various TA – related reports.
• Assisting in the organization and logistics of internal or external hiring-related events
• Having responsibility in design & consolidation of regular Talent Acquisition Newsletters
• Coordinates internally project-based team activities

Qualifications & Behaviors:

• Fluent English language skills (both written and verbal)
• Good organization skills
• Proactive can-do approach and good problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across different levels in the organization
• Experience with MS Office package (Outlook, Excel)
• Strong desire to gain skills and develop in the area of recruitment
