OpenTag Is a full Product company focusing on revolutionizing the B2C/B2B Gaming industry with a state-of-the-art Platform providing operators worldwide with a single solution for all their needs.


After starting from scratch, getting funded, releasing our MVP, and scaling up during 2019 and 2020, we are ready to make another leap forward during 2021 and look for experienced members to join us.

The Role and Challenge:


As an Incident Manager, you will help us initiate and set the tone for our future Production handling team, shaping and evolving our process, enabling us to grow and better serve our client’s expectations.


Your responsibility would be developing and maintaining a framework of monitoring, reporting, investigating, and documenting incidents, ensuring that all affected clients are notified and communicated about the incident’s nature, root cause, and mitigation steps.


While the role itself is primarily hands-on, the right candidate will be encouraged to learn, innovate and develop their skills as a technical authority in his field and as a future manager to a growing team.



Job requirements


• Responsible for managing and leading incidents through their entire lifecycle and take the lead on all related interactions between customers, R&D, Product, and Delivery.
• Incident prevention - Help define, build, monitor, alert, and troubleshoot over early service metric degradation and potential bottlenecks.
• Help the technical team and various stakeholders to collect logs, troubleshoot, and attempt to reproduce potential issues.
• Help to build, set, and continuously improve the process based on feedback and knowledge accumulated.
• Actively apply incident logs to examine past incidents to establish processes to prevent or minimize similar problems from arising again.
• Help train 24x7 IT support teams and stakeholders above to implement processes and procedures across the company.
