As a Junior HR Specialist you will be responsible to deliver HR Contact Centre services in line with customers’ needs and expectations
Main responsibilities:
- Adopts a customer-centric attitude to delivering HR services in line with SLAs, KPIs, controls and procedures
- Demonstrate a function knowledge of Local HR policies and processes to effectively respond to customer queries
- Operate as Tier 1, first human-interaction responsible for resolving queries from suppliers or colleagues; and appropriate the Employee’s query to the right channel (tickets, chat, etc.).
- Supporting Recruitment E2E process (supporting Hiring managers, job postings, CV screening, phone interviews, on-line testing, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain good working relationships within the other process teams
- Makes changes to Contact Centre scripts and documents as instructed
- Ensure customers are satisfied to maintain a positive brand image for the CBS
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate
- Be part of building up the H2R area in the CBS in close cooperation with the project team
- Support the functional workstream
- Build and refines documentation needed prior to go live
- Any other tasks assigned by the line manager related to the areas of accountability
- All work needs to be conducted in compliance with Global Company guidelines, code of conduct, policies, procedures, controls and legal requirements.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Minimum bachelor degree in HR or business major
- Up to 1 year experience in HR domain and/or BPO/SSC
- Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
- Knowledge to independently use Google suite and/or MS Office applications
- Exceptional customer service focus and interpersonal skills
- Demonstration of problem solving and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
- Ability to stay calm in challenging situations
- Demonstrate comfort in adapting to different ways of working across cultures and organisational hierarchies - in and outside of HR.

- the Contact team
- the Transaction team, Local HR Advisors and HR Specialised Services for escalated queries
- the entire H2R area (Service Delivery Director, Team Managers and other Team Members)
the Global Process Owner and system owners
- Customers of the CBS
- The Optimus project team
- Other stakeholders across the CBS and the Global Company (to the extent required, such as -- --ServiceNow and ZONE team, Payroll provider)
- Cargotec stakeholders to the extent required
- Other stakeholders across the Global Company (to the extent required).
