We are looking for an E-commerce National Customers Manager who will join our team and support our development and growth within the sector of B2C and B2B e-commerce.

In your area of responsibility you will:
• Manage a large portfolio of strategic customers;
• Attract and develop new customers to empower the company profit;
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
• Outline and implement the strategy of the company towards the sector of e-commerce
• Manage and develop strategic e-commerce accounts;
• Lead internal and external campaigns, aiming to grow company’s market share in the e-commerce industry;
• Investigate and explore all new occurrences and potential influencers at the e-commerce arena;
• Work in close partnership with people from other functions in order to develop and improve different solutions from the customers of the e-commerce sector;
• Propose actions and measures to be implemented in order to become First choice for clients in the e-commerce sector.

Your profile specifics:
• At minimum of 3 years of sales experience;
• Experience in management of big/strategic accounts;
• Experience in e-commerce sector is an advantage;
• Strong customer orientation;
• Excellent negotiation skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills;
• Organizational, planning and coordination skills with great attention to details;
• Analytic thinking;
• Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team environment;
• Self- driven, motivated and proactive person;
• Excellent computer literacy - MS Office, online based applications.
