We are seeking an exceptionally bright, multitasking, and self-motivated individual to contribute to our team in diverse fields. This person would be a great asset for us supporting the sales of our software systems, helping with some marketing initiatives, events and workshops organization, and maintaining the smooth administrative process with regards to documents’ management and administration by keeping up-to-date knowledge about vendor’s products, answering questions and troubleshooting issues.

This role requires superior attention to detail, great organizational skills, and the ability to self-manage. A high level of adaptability and willingness to deal with cases of different nature is important.

What will you be doing?
• Become and remain knowledgeable about our vendors` products and policies - Licensing and Maintenance policy, Price lists, etc.
• Manage communication with vendors, respond to clients and partners’ queries and questions in a timely and professional manner. Accepting requests through different communication channels, logs and identifies the problem, provide accurate, valid and complete information.
• Support the sales team with admin tasks, document processing and tracking of orders and invoices. Understanding and answering queries relating to invoice and contracts management.
• Perform and monitor month end activities like issuing invoices, sending emails and communicating with clients.
• Use a range of office software, including e-mail, NetSuite, QlikView/Qlik Sense, Qlik partner portal (training provided).
• Assist the Head of Customer acquisition and retention department in managing leads through calls, emails.
• Track all sales activities in company`s NetSuite CRM.
• Co-ordinate and participate in organization of trainings, webinars, conferences and marketing activities and events. Cooperate actively with the company’s Marketing Team - preparing event materials, ensure regular updates to potential participants by calls and follow up e-mails.
• Participate in internal projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute ideas for process improvement.
• Help maintain internal resources and knowledge bases by documenting findings and suggesting improvements.
• Support with other ad-hoc projects as necessary, proactively provide support and assistance to colleagues and work together as a team.


What do you need to be successful?
• Relevant experience in administrative and back-office activities, sales and marketing support;
• Fluency in English;
• High level of planning, organizational skills and working with documents;
• Very good communication and teamwork skills;
• Business etiquette that leads to strong, productive professional relationships;
• Excellent computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
• Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills;
• Active listener that can understand the needs of potential clients and ask right questions to gather information;
• Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative.
• Willingness to learn and develop;
• Proactivity in improving work processes and efficiency.
• University degree;
