for our IT Team, based in Sevlievo

Ideal Standard - Vidima is a part of Ideal Standard International. Ideal Standard – Vidima is a strategic organization for Ideal Standard International, based in Sevlievo, Bulgaria and employing over 3,200 people.

For our Shared Service IT Team we are looking for

Your mission
 Take total accountability for planning, structuring, leading and executing the largest projects or programmes of high risk and complexity.
 Prime responsibility is to ensure the project produces the required ‘products’ (deliverables) within the specified tolerances of time, cost, quality, scope, risk and benefits.
 The project manager has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Sponsors within the constraints laid down.
 Responsible for managing the programme team consisting of project management, business analysis and development staff.
 Establish a good relationship with internal client & stakeholders, keeping them updated on progress, ensuring issues are handled appropriately, flagging risks, and guiding them on team processes.
 Manage external vendors as appropriate.

Your profile
 5+ years of project management experience in IT field.
 PMP certification – Prince 2 preferred.
 Agile certification preferred.
 Knowledge of SAP & Salesforce programs will be considered a great advantage.
 Bachelor’s degree.
 Experience in planning projects with large data sets and making decisions for data-driven analytics.
 Demonstrated communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate ideas.
 Proven leadership skills.
 Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects and priorities.
 Excellent command in spoken and written English.
