Digital Sales Support Officer

The Digital Sales Support Officer function concerns full time employment with KBC Asset Management in Millenium Center, Vitosha Blvd 89B, Sofia, as place of employment.

Introduction
KBC Asset Management (‘KBC AM’) is KBC Group’s product factory for investments and market leader in the Belgian asset management business. We are an international organisation that’s also active in Ireland, Luxembourg, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Bulgaria. We serve retail clients through our intra-group distributors, as well as larger private and institutional customers who entrust the management of their investment portfolio directly to KBC AM.

KBC Asset Management has established a dedicated branch in Bulgaria, which provides professional support for investment fund sales and investment advisory services through the different sales channels of UBB Bank (the Distributor).

Job summary
The successful candidate will be able to apply both his/ her commercial skills and digital savviness in supporting the investment fund sales at UBB Bank, thereby helping us to realize our ambition to become a digital-first investment fund provider in the Bulgarian market. He/she will work closely together with key stakeholder teams in Bulgaria, as well as with their peers in the investor support functions in the other KBC core markets.

Key duties and responsibilities
KBC Asset Management Bulgarian Branch is, among other, responsible for the sales support of the investment products of KBC Asset Management. These investment products (investment funds) are distributed via UBB Bank and DZI.

• You are accountable for the product content of UBB’s investment proposition, sales strategy and marketing campaigns in a close cooperation model with the Distributor;
• You play a key supporting role in the development and implementation of KBC AM’s strategy to digitize fund sales in Bulgaria;
• You help to improve the digital client experience linked to our fund offering in every step of the customer journey by creating and distributing supporting materials for a digital world: writing digital stories for personalized, relevant use in investment client dashboards, providing instant (event based) reassurance messaging to investors;
• You deliver content for sales & marketing material for packaging by the Marketing department of the Distributor (UBB website and intranet, social media, event marketing, internal investment training courses);
• You monitor UBB’s (digital) sales results in order to initiate sales support actions to optimize and remedy sales activities of the Distributor;
• You train the investment advisors in UBB’s hubs and contact centre;
• You share best practices in investor support and digital client servicing with the other KBC AM investor support teams.

The Digital Sales Support Officer works in a small team and reports directly to the Branch Manager.

• Experience in a digital channels, sales or sales related environment is a must.
• We need a team player who is flexible, who can work independently, who can handle strict deadlines and who is an excellent communicator as well orally as in writing.
• You are willing to gain sufficient technical knowledge with regards to the digital channels.

Requirements?
• Perfect English.
• Master degree in Marketing, Finance, Economy
• Very good knowledge in digital channels, PowerPoint, etc.
• Minimum 2 year experience in the digital environment
• You have gained experience in a financial institution, ideally in an sales support role related to investment products – digital content marketing;
• You have an outspoken interest in all things digital;
• You are pragmatic, solutions-oriented and a real team player;
• You are able to manage a substantial volume of tasks concurrently and can cope with time pressure and deadlines;
• You are willing to work in an international context, which will include occasional traveling
