This is a position for relocation to Cyprus. Relocation package includes a budget for employee's rent and utilities, transportation and many more benefits. Possibilities for relocating back to Bulgaria after one year contract is up.
Responsibilities:
• Providing customer service and support by correspondence.
• Providing accurate, valid and complete information to client’s requests
• Responsible for delivering support that results in a positive customer experience
• Maintaining a positive attitude and anticipating and catering to client's needs is a must!
• Protecting confidential information and materials
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Immaculate verbal and written communication skills in English determined by and an exam the
candidate needs to pass
• Efficient in time management, task prioritization and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and meeting deadlines
• Being able to think quickly and problem-solve in real-time
• Consistent, systematic and efficient
• Ability to work independently and within a group
Areas of expertise include:
• Customer relationship management
• MS Word, Excel, report management
• Basic knowledge of remote access, skype, chat portal and social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge in technical process; such as: uninstall/installation using pc, tablet or phone.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and dependable.
• Ability to multi-task and attentive in details.
• Can work with minimal supervision and under pressure.
• Timely ATTENDANCE and punctuality.
• Proven ability to determine answers and solutions quickly and with and politeness.
• Any other language is a plus
