Internship Description:
Administration of the hiring process
Drafting job postings
Posting jobs on internet sites
Screening applications
Managing candidate correspondence
Scheduling interviews as needed
Applicant tracking documentation
Preparing presentations and reports
We are looking for candidates with:
• Strong organizational skills
• FLUENT ENGLISH /German as a second language is an advantage/
• MS office with advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point, Outlook
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to remain calm under pressure, in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work independently, under minimal supervision
• Take initiative to solve problems independently
