ProcessFlows (UK) Ltd – Branch Bulgaria is a rapidly expanding British Company with offices in Sofia.
We specialise in providing I.T. based solutions to a wide variety of Industries, Businesses and Local Council Departments based in the UK.
Our growing Managed Services Center in Sofia supports the business’ core functions while providing high-quality outsourcing and dedicated development services to clients.
We are now looking to recruit new members to join our Sofia office as Cloud Operations Specialist.
Responsibilities:
• Implement, administer & support cloud infrastructure stack;
• Operate and provision virtual server landscapes;
• Provision and maintain operating systems;
• Operate backup & storage environments;
• Troubleshoot & resolve data center-related faults in cooperation with external support partners;
• Plan subject-related activities and projects;
• Create and maintain operational documentation;
• Provide architectural design support to various European Operation Centers for their cloud applications;
Requirements:
• University degree in computer science, training as an IT specialist or comparable experience/qualification;
• Experience of infrastructure-related IT technologies:
Servers (Windows & Linux),Storage (NFS, iSCSI, NetApp),Network (LAN, Dynamic Routing, Firewall, VMware NSX),Virtualization (VMware vCenter, VMware Cloud Director),Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP),Infrastructure automation & configuration management (Shell Scripting, Ansible, Terraform, Git),Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes);
• Knowledge of ITSM processes, but more importantly agile thinking;
• Excellent communication & teamwork skills;
• Business fluent in written and spoken English (essential);
• Ability to work remotely within an internationally distributed team;
• Self-motivated;
• Strong interest in learning and continuous improvement;
• Customer-oriented and solution-oriented mindset;
• Willingness to work service-oriented hours;
• Willingness to work as part of a 24x7 on-call team Rota (compensated);
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe;
