Business Development Project Manager

For over 60 years, Wolf Theiss has been advising national and international clients, ranging from private companies and their owners to multinational corporations, on all aspects of business law in the Central, Eastern and Southeastern European region. Our team brings together over 340 lawyers from a diverse range of backgrounds, working in offices in 13 countries throughout the CEE/SEE region.

In these exciting times of far-reaching changes to the legal service sector, join us and support some of CEE's top lawyers in expanding their business. Our Sofia office is currently looking for a Business Development Project Manager.

Job responsibilities:
• Coordinates strategic business development projects and ensures smooth execution and keeping the deadlines;
• Works closely with Wolf Theiss Sofia Partners to develop plans and priorities for business development;
• Drives regular business development processes, liaising with the Wolf Theiss Headquarters, the regional Business Development Team and external providers;
• Leads and guides team members when working on a joint project;
• Creates and maintains marketing assets including pitch decks and standout presentations;
• Interacts with senior lawyers and extended teams to develop impactful publications;
• Organises and coordinates the elaboration of directory submissions with the group level Business Development team and the local teams.

Required background and experiences:
• University degree in business, marketing, law or other relevant field;
• Experience of working with senior executive team members and in international environment;
• Experience in leading a team;
• Solid experience in using PowerPoint to create professional presentations;
• Fluency in business English, verbal and written;
• Strong skills in communication, writing and ability to work well cross-functionally;
• Proven track record in performing well in a fast-pace environment and organisational skills to effectively manage multiple projects.

• Communicative with excellent social skills;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty;
• Ability to coordinate the work of various stakeholders involved in a project;
• Ability to work in a pro-active and flexible way, both in a team and independently.
