Plovdiv plant is one of the biggest Schneider Electric production unit in Europe for Final Distribution. We are Smart factory certified and a Showcase for Schneider Electric products and solutions for Europe. We offer you an outstanding opportunity to assume the role of HR INTERN with us for 12 months and work on SMART FACTORY DEPLOYMENT.

During your real-world experience with Schneider you will be focused on meaningful assignments exposure to several automation engineering areas such as:

oSupport HR Digital roadmap deployment (communicate on change and support adoption of new tools)
oParticipate in Deployment of New ways of working initiatives
oParticipate in employer branding initiatives
oSupport recruitment activities
oWork on projects for raising Digital culture across the plant (communication, engagement initiatives, training content)
oSupport team with reporting and analysis on various topics

We are looking for straightforward, open, passionate people who:

oActive college student having completed at least 3 years toward a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Economics
oKnowledge about Social media and Digital marketing and willing to learn more about
oComputer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, digital pictures
oCapable of working independently on assignments, willing to accept mentor coaching
oHands on and willing to take initiative
oPrevious professional or internship experience related to this position be a plus

The Internship focused on competency building and by its end you will boost:

oAnalytical Skills: Able to apply concepts to manufacturing engineering projects
oDecision Quality – Make decisions based on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment; sought out by others for advice and solutions
oPresentation Skills – Able to research, compile, and deliver a technical and creative presentation to peers and management; demonstrate oratory skills as well as technical facts throughout presentation
oSelf-Knowledge – Recognize personal strengths and weaknesses; gain insight from mistakes
oPlanning – Scope out length and difficulty of tasks and projects; sets objectives and goals; anticipates and adjusts for problems and roadblocks; measures performance against results
