IT SAP FICO Consultant

Currently, we are looking for IT SAP FICO Consultant to join our community of experts and to deliver business applications support in an enterprise IT environment and resolution of application issues and operational changes in SAP FI&CO areas (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Project System and Controlling) and related interfaces to the connected partner systems, ensuring support levels and expectations from both management and customers are met.  

As an IT SAP FICO Consultant you will be responsible for:
  • Timely responding to incidents and changes opened to the SAP Application support team
  • Applying customizations and transports to resolve issues or to fulfil business requests
  • Identifying and solving problems using analysis, experience, and judgment
  • Working with developers to create solutions to client needs through application of personal experience, methods and tools
  • Making the link between the business key users and the support level 3 or external vendors, when the issue cannot be solved directly
  • Executing BI testing (Integration & Non-Regression testing)
  • Maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures for the supported area
  • Completing assigned tasks and tickets in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ensureing the execution of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) in a timely manner

Requirements:
  • At least 5 of experience with SAP Finance & Controlling modules
  • Strong experience in SAP solutions support and delivery
  • Strong IT knowledge of SAP Finance area (AP, AR, GL, AA,)
  • Good IT knowledge in SAP Controlling area (CO-CCA, CO-IOA, CO-PC, CO-ML, PS)
  • Knowledge of the integration points with MM module
  • Deep knowledge in MS Excel (data validation, comparison, filtering and manipulation)
  • Experience working with Service Desk ticketing system 
  • Master in IT, Finance / Accounting, Business school or equivalent
  • Fluency in English
