Our client is fast growing innovative company, for which we are looking for:

Office Assistant / Receptionist

Your daily tasks:

  • Welcome and accommodate visitors in the office;
  • Accept incoming calls, transfers and collects messages, if necessary;
  • Deal with mail and shipments courier and the related employees;
  • Provide administrative support to Conference Room bookings and setting up when required. Ensure meeting rooms are checked and made ready at the start of each day;
  • Assist Administration and Operations teams upon request;
  • Is an active part of the team and supports overall success by accomplishing particular requests;
  • Ensure the proper level of cooperation and coordination with the facility team concerning relevant initiatives and common projects.

You must be:

  • Very good written and spoken English;
  • Good computer skills and intermediate knowledge of MS office;
  • Experience in Administrative or related roles will be an advantage;
  • Excellent organization skills;
  • Ability to multitask and maintain focus on various tasks;
  • Strong team player and able to work with and through others.
