HR Administrator (Temporary Assignment)

Purpose of Role:

The HR Administartor is there to provide assistance high level HR administrative & payroll support ensuring a professional and efficient HR service to all customers while maintaining data accuracy at all times. Тhe role is going to be Temporary assingnment for 6 months period.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet new hires and make sure they sign the proper on-boarding set of documentation
  • Hand over contract agreement аnd administrate personnel labour files and ensure accurate documents management 
  • Provide 1st level ER and labour legislation support to all employees and managers (350+)
  • Create and maintain employee and contingent worker records on the HR Management System (HRMS) and any other filing systems as required
  • Prepare contracts of employment and associated paperwork for new hires, transfers and leavers ensuring all documents are distributed in a timely manner to the relevant parties
  • Prepare employment/income certificates and reports upon requests
  • Liaise with Legal on new contracts and contractual changes
  • Ensure that accurate filing systems are in place and that documents are filed promptly and accurately
  • Manage the candidate relocation process 
  • Manage all immigration requirements for new employees 
  • Manage the organisations probationary process ensuring reviews are completed in time and the Oracle system is updated accordingly
  • Provide administrative support services as required for the HR Centres of Expertise 
  • Coordinate Co employee benefits programs and provide support to employees 

Expertise and Qualifications:


Essential 
  • Fluent English and Bulgarian
  • Thorough knowledge of Bulgarian labor law
  •  Relevant experience of working within a busy, fast paced HR function
  • Good use of Microsoft Office Suite e.g. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Experience and understanding of Employee Relations and HR policies and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Highly organized with a high level of accuracy
  • Flexible and able to adapt to continually reprioritize as necessary
