HR & Payroll Administrator

Purpose of Role:
To provide high level HR administrative & payroll support ensuring a professional and efficient HR service to all customers while maintaining data accuracy at all times.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st level ER and labour legislation support to all employees and managers (350+)
  • Create and maintain employee and contingent worker records on the HR Management System (HRMS) and any other filing systems as required
  • Prepare contracts of employment and associated paperwork for new hires, transfers and leavers ensuring all documents are distributed in a timely manner to the relevant parties
  • Liaise with Legal on new contracts and contractual changes
  • Ensure that accurate filing systems are in place and that documents are filed promptly and accurately
  • Manage the candidate relocation process 
  • Manage all immigration requirements for new employees 
  • Manage the organisations probationary process ensuring reviews are completed in time and the Oracle system is updated accordingly
  • Prepare and communicate all relevant payroll information to the payroll processing provider
  • Respond promptly to all questions from the payroll processing provider
  • Check the payroll summary files from the payroll processing provider to ensure accuracy
  • Co-ordinate the independent reconciliation of the payroll
  • Provide administrative support services as required for the HR Centres of Expertise
  • Coordinate Co employee benefits programs and provide support to employees 
Knowledge and Expertise:
Essential:

  • Fluent English and Bulgarian
  • Payroll experience
  • Thorough knowledge of Bulgarian labor law
  • Relevant experience of working within a busy, fast paced HR function
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite e.g. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Experience and understanding of Employee Relations and HR policies and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with a high level of accuracy
  • Flexible and able to adapt to continually reprioritize as necessary
  • Knowledge and experience of Oracle HR

Desired:
  • Generalist HR experience
  • Payroll experience
  • Knowledge of the implications of labour legislation in Bulgaria
  • Oracle Cloud and/or Hermes experience
