Mac Desktop Support Engineer with German

We are looking for a Mac Desktop Support Engineer with German to join our team. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining user uptime and improving their computing experiences through effective maintenance, problem identification and resolution activities, as well as growing and developing the organization’s perception with existing customers through exceptional customer service.


  • Maintain day to day observation, reporting and follow-up for support metrics and ticket management.
  • Manage ticket escalations from level 1 engineering team.
  • User management including configuring new accounts, password resets, and troubleshooting user
  • login, profile and permission issues.
  • Routine review of incidents, identifying problems and addressing them to resolution.
  • Assist in identifying recurring problems, escalation to engineering, if needed, and resolution.
  • Maintaining standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation on an ongoing basis.
  • Provide technical input to Reason for Outage reports when necessary.
  • Maintain a firm understanding of the Client’s IT infrastructure.
  • Duties as assigned.


  • Candidates must be energetic and focused with strong motivation to learn new technologies and management/maintenance processes.
  • Dedication, persistence, effective utilization of provided resources.
  • Ability to deliver superior customer service.
  • German language proficiency will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Experience in JAMF administration and support will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Firm understanding of TCP/IP network protocols and core network devices and components will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to work on shifts.
  • Extensive training for the role will be provided.
