We are currently looking for a Security Delivery Lead – Support to join our DXC Technology Security Services organization that provides security service operations to our outsourcing customers.

Role Description:

The Security Delivery Lead – Support (SDL – Support) must be able to work with the business as well as with the IT professionals. He/she will be working under the supervision of a Lead Security Delivery Lead (Lead SDL) for one or several customers depending on the business need. Main responsibility of an SDL is to maintain the security services offered to our customers at the level required by the contract. The Lead SDL is customer facing, while the SDL – Support is mainly driving the internal communication. The SDL – Support has standard tasks and responsibilities but occasionally may need to take care of ad-hoc requests.


Primary Responsibilities:
To prepare, analyze and follow up on different reports in the security area including - patch management, security compliance, antivirus status, vulnerability scans, privilege user access management, risk management and etc.;
To identify and escalate security issues;
To report the status of the security levels on the managed customer environment to Lead SDL and Account management;
To provide support during external and internal security audits;
To actively participate in internal DXC meetings at all levels (Management and Delivery);

Key skills and experience required:
1-3 years of experience in the IT field (Server/workstation administration, Network operation, etc.);
Knowledge in information security – basic understanding of security principles, governance, risk and compliance management;
Fluency in English is a must;
Good business, communication, and soft skills;
Good organizational skills and ability to work both independently and as a part of a team;
Experience with Microsoft Excel (handling of reports, creating formulas or macro);

Advantages:
Relevant university degree like Computer science, Information Security or similar will be considered as an advantage;
Security related certificate(s) like (CompTIA Security+, CISCO CCNA Security, etc.) will be considered as an advantage.
Understanding of the ITIL Service Delivery Framework will be considered as an advantage.
