PART TIME Personal Assistant to manager of Tourism company

Company Description:

Established 10 years ago we specialise in hiking trips and host around 350 trips per year,
taking away about 9,500 clients across the world every year. Since 2015 our Plovdiv office
has been supporting the business, which is based in London. This includes customer
support, sales, trip creation and planning as well as the day to day operations. Today we are
growing rapidly and also expanding into new areas such as our own Yoga Retreat Guest
House in the Rhodope Mountains. At Outdooraholics the adventure always grows.

Position Summary:

This is a challenging and exciting position with a wide variety of tasks and it is suited to someone who has very good people skills, is ultra organised and a lateral thinker as well as a natural problem solver. It is not a routine job and will consist of a variety of adhoc and some regular tasks. Due to the nature of the work it also offers an interesting insight into business, but is very tough and needs someone who can work to solve problems alone taking full ownership of them and with little guidance. No experience needed.
The role is 2 days a week (16 hours) and can be flexible, so is ideal for a University Student looking for extra income, it is based in our office in Plovdiv.

Due to the nature of this role, there is also ample scope to obtain a full time position within the company for the right person after graduation.


Your Duties can include (but are not limited to):

• Maintain calendars, organise meetings, prepare minutes and follow-ups
• Arrange and coordinate travel, visas, accommodation and flight bookings
• Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing
• Assist with various research and problem solving tasks relating to both the owners business and personal life
• Help with grocery shopping, item purchase and laundry in Plovdiv
• Help with managing maintenance/administration of the owners homes in London/Bulgaria
• Translation Bulgarian to English and English to Bulgarian
• A variety of various adhoc tasks as required

• Flexible working hours - our standard day is 9:00am to 6:00pm Bulgarian time Monday to Friday
• Full time employment contract 2 days per week paying 400 lev net (1000 lev per month pro rata)
