To realize this bold vision, we are looking for Junior Project Manager to join our team based in Sofia.

At this role you will be able to apply your knowledge from the construction sector, see it through a different angle, understand the value of data and apply the new understanding on construction projects.

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager who will be responsible for the implementation of our software products within our clients in the construction industry.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of various software systems and solutions for the construction industry
  • Work closely with business owners to define project's scope and expected deliverables
  • Support and advise the Sales team on the best solution for each customer and prepare quotes;
  • Manage the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders
  • Understand customers’ needs and deliver the best solution for each of them
  • Deliver to client expectation and ensure client agreement and satisfaction with the provided solution
  • Coordinate all relevant resources (internal/external partners)
  • Communicate with employees of other companies and departments (IT- specialists, analysts, customers, and others) in relation to the work performed
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Send regular updates on the project status to client as well as management
  • Report and escalate to management as needed

Main requirements:

  • University degree preferably in the field of structural engineering/ architecture
  • Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies is a huge advantage
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English(French language will be a plus)
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
