HR Administrator

In our office in Sofia, we are looking for a dedicated, motivated, and experienced HR Administrator to add value to our talented HR team.

What you'll do:
In this role, you will be responsible for diverse administrative activities in the HR department, such as:
  • Support the administration process for the full employee cycle. You will be responsible for the personnel administration and employment documentation (hiring, job change, termination, etc.)
  • Assist in solving general employment issues at a local level. Escalates serious employment practice issues to the Country HR Leader.
  • Maintain personnel files and related documents in compliance with company policies and government regulations. This responsibility includes both manual and electronic file maintenance;
  • Handle administration related to the HR Information systems - we use Workday;
  • Assist in solving general employment issues;
  • Ensure timely and smooth execution and administration of the pre-employment processes between the candidate and the Company together with our HR Admin colleagues;
  • Drive HR data management including data uploads, data audits, data cleansing, to continuously improve HR data quality;
  • Work on process improvements together with your colleagues, HR Business Partners, HR Administrator, Payroll and Recruitment;
  • Interact with various levels of management, vendors, and Associates;
  • Handles confidential information in a professional manner, respecting privacy while maintaining company confidentiality.
Additional responsibilities may include providing back-up support on:
  • Work on long term human resources projects as assigned;
  • Administration with the corporate wellness program initiatives;
  • Occupational Health & Safety administration;
  • Development and implementation of local HR procedures/regulations.

Are you the one?
  • Bachelor or Master degree in a related field
  • Work experience in HR Administration - minimum 3 years;
  • Familiarity with Workday (HRIS) or savy experience with other HR systems;
  • Knowledge about Bulgarian labor law;
  • Strong organizational and outstanding administrative skills (accuracy & efficiency);
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to relate well to employees and senior management;
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality;
  • Bulgarian or native level and full proficiency in English;
  • Flexibility, proactiveness, and ability to work in a dynamic and changing work environment;
  • Ability to solve routine HR admin questions and problems, using sound judgment.
