Our Medical Equipment Team develops and delivers end-to-end solutions for our partners on the Hospital market. We provide wholistic support from needs analyses to complete turnkey solutions.
It is now time for the next great motivated team-player to join our department as a Regional Sales Manager Diagnostic Imaging.

YOUR ROLE:
As a Regional Sales Manager Diagnostic Imaging, you will promote the full line of imaging systems product portfolio within the South region of Bulgaria. Regional Sales Manager Diagnostic Imaging will sell Computed Tomography, MRI, X-ray and mammography medical imaging systems. You will be the prime person responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets by maintaining credible long-term relationships with our customers. You will represent Sopharma Trading by developing and expanding key partnerships both internally within the company (marketing, legal, supply chain etc.) and externally with our customers.

This position offers you the opportunity to play a vital role to the overall growth of our business.   • Develop strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders within hospitals, medical centers;
  • Maximize profit margin on medical equipment of imaging systems and service contract sales;
  • Explore opportunities for new business development in the region;
  • Gain deep understanding of customer needs and create customer retention strategies;
  • Capability to understand the customer's decision criteria, analyze competitive offerings and influence the decision criteria to our advantage;
  • Constantly monitor and report projects’ progress to National Sales Manager;

WHAT YOU BRING IN:
  • University degree in Medicine, Engineering, Marketing or other relevant;
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience; experience in sales of medical equipment will be considered an advantage;
  • Strong project management skills and aptitude to work in a collaborative team environment;
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to prioritize tasks and anticipate business needs;
  • Ability to build effective commercial partnerships and to communicate with decision makers;
  • Capacity to overcome obstacles to complete projects and to work under pressure;
  • Ability to travel on a flexible schedule as needed;
  • Fluency in English;
