IT Service Delivery Specialist Business Intelligence & Back Office

As a member of Business Intelligence & Back Office Service Delivery team based in Lyon, you are dedicated to BUILD activities with L3 support on RUN activities, taking the prominent role of Service Delivery Specialist, dedicated to BI & BO projects/solutions.

Primary Responsibilities
- As a Service Delivery specialist, your role is to ensure the quality of service delivered by the Solution Management team is compliant with the level of service defined and required (agreed SLAs) in the scope of Business Intelligence & Back Office. In scope is the phase of transferring the functional, technical and procedural knowledge from the Build to the Run organization
- As a technical expert and referent, you contribute actively to
o technical projects of the solution (e.g. major upgrade projects), by taking in charge all technical aspects of those projects from Design to Deploy
o the technical coordination / improvements required by several parallel projects on the same Solution (e.g. environment management, release coordination, impact analysis on performance, etc)
o P1 incidents & Problem Management as Level 3 expert
- In relation to those projects, you are a key player in the relationship between Infrastructure and Applications teams, and also Global teams with regional Service Delivery team where the Solution is being rolled out
- You ensure the Solutions built by the Project teams are properly handed over to Run teams, in close collaboration with the Solution Manager: GoToProd assessment (technical documentation, technical issues, etc), knowledge transfer, etc.
- You are there to ensure the technical documentation related to Solution projects is available (and stays from a knowledge management perspective) and in line with change management guidelines
Diploma / Experience
Master in IT, Engineering or equivalent

Business and IT skills:
• Must have worked in Level 2 &/or Level 3 Application Management Support team or developer background on ERP systems
• Must have mix of technical (Citrix, SQL, Windows Server administration, scripting) and infrastructure components (n-tiers, cluster, VLAN…)
• Must have a ITIL driven approach (Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management)
• Experience in Agile environment is considered a plus
• Experience with Business Intelligence solutions like Power BI, SAP BO is considered a plus
• Knowledge on FIS Quantum / Trax, Treasury systems, Microsoft Dynamics AX is considered a plus
