IT Solution Manager, SAP Integration

To support its growing needs or corporate reporting & analysis, Louis Dreyfus Company has started the implementation of a new BackOffice solution based on SAP S/4 under a Program named BOLD – BackOffice Louis Dreyfus.
Due to the context of highly integrated systems, our team requires to grow its pool of experts of functional integration to facilitate the design, build, and test of this strategic area.
While developing skills related to LDC’s core financial business process in our S/4 Hana solution, you will have the possibility to become a change agent and play a key role in our ambitious SAP Program.

Main responsibilities
As an IT functional integration solution manager on ‘BOLD’ SAP S/4 Program, you have the role of ensuring the proper integration of business process from various trading applications within our SAP financial back office, supporting the following E2E process:
- Trade to cash: from Invoice to Payment
- Commodity to a product: Integration of stock movement & revaluation

In this role, you are the End-to-End owner of the interfaces in your scope that are built between our trading applications and our back-office.

You are the gatekeeper of the interfaces:
- You are leading the maintenance and enhancement of existing interfaces.
- You are supporting the Core Model and protecting it from deviation.

You are a level 3 support lead with the following responsibilities:
- Coach and support level 1 and level 2 teams
- Organize, create, and perform Knowledge transfer to support team and develop their autonomy in the solution.
- The support structure and run KPIs are on track.
- Elaborate action plans for continuous improvements of the solution and solving recurrent incidents.
- Put in place escalation procedure to level 3 for incident requiring enhancement & development
- Ensure documentation is up to date.

As a core team member for roll-outs:
- You contribute to the Design Phase performing gaps assessment and delivering solution proposals for complex gaps in your scope.
- You lead the elaboration of the roll-out tool kit (the standard documentation for roll-out).
- You help the roll-out teams during peaks of activities facilitating testing preparation and execution, training preparation, and execution to the users or key-users.
- You be the key contact for automatization of the test plan
- You participate in gaps assessment and solution proposals for complex gaps in your scope.

As a summary:
You will have a full view of what is done in an integration team:
- Ensure live scope of interfaces is running smoothly in Production
- Lead the support team
- Enhance Core Model & Process
- Contribute to roll out of new countries

You are key to ensure the solution is consistent throughout gaps delivery during the roll-outs as well as enhancements done for live countries.

Accountability:
- Understand the (Several) trading applications and (Unique) Back-Office systems involved
- Understand the integration model for the interfaces in your scope
- Ensure the documentation is always up to date
- Gatekeeper of the integration core model

Experience
- 5-7y + proven experience in IT project
- experience with SAP:
• experienced as a functional expert in one or several module of SAP : FI/CO/MM
- experienced in writing functional specifications – ie turning business requirements into system requirements
- [Plus] experienced with test campaign executions & automation tool
- [Plus] experienced with API & Idoc
- [Plus] experienced with SAP interface implementation
- [Plus] Experience with JIRA and ServiceNow
- [Plus] experience with trading CTRM solutions
- [Plus] Experience working in a large IT company, team-oriented & collaborative environment

Skills
- Ability to work with multiple teams
- Ability to learn fast and adapt to new solutions,
- Strong analysis, synthesis & communication capacity (written & oral)
- Flexibility/adaptability in a quick-changing background scenario & no uncomfortable feelings in front of ambiguity

Languages
English ( Fluent )

Education
Master degree (or equivalent) in a related field
