Arabic Speaking Reservations Sales Associate

Our office in Sofia is based in the city center and employs more than 800 people, supporting 32 languages all around the world. For one of our campaigns we are looking for positive and enthusiastic Arabic Speaking Reservations Sales Associate.

Your responsibilities:
  • Processing incoming calls from customers for reservations of big hotel chain; modify and cancel already present reservations; answer questions related to the location of the hotels; dates of the reservation;
  • Understanding customer’s needs so as to be able to deliver the best solution for each of them in line with our key performance indicators;
  • Give information about the product to existing customers and prospects and handle the inquiries on basics in a case closing manner;
  • Chore of gaining information about what customers expect/want from the client and e.g. identifying customer satisfaction;
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied;
  • Proactively provide support and assistance to colleagues and work together as a team to provide feedback and suggestions to help the company grow & retain its customer base;
The candidate:
  • Has good command of both spoken and written English(B2-C1 level);
  • Has good level of Arabic language(B1-B2 level);
  • Has experience in a contact center or customer facing role is beneficial;
  • Can adapt quickly to changes in products, process and technology;
  • Has proven track record of excellent attendance and time-keeping;
  • Has excellent MS Office Professional skills;
