Quality Control Specialist Call Center

Debt Collection Agency JSC and its subsidiary companies are non-banking financial institutions with well-established market positions.

We are specialized in acquisition and collection of overdue and judicial receivables from banks, financial institutions, telecommunication providers and other companies. Our main aim is to succeed in the long term by being among the leaders in the markets we operate in.

We have an opening for Quality Control Specialist Call Center

Main responsibilities and duties:
· To perform day-to-day monitoring of conversations and reflected actions in internal software and monitor the performance of qualitative and quantitative indicators in the agents' work
· To control direct phone contact with customers to verify information submitted by the Call center Agents
· To evaluate Call center Agents performance on a monthly basis by using a detailed Quality scorecard
· To prepare weekly reports related to qualitative and quantitative indicators and provides feedback to Call Center Team leaders, Managers and Director
· To collect and analyze the information, related to service quality and to provide it regularly to the Team Leaders, Managers and Director, suggesting adequate actions for improvement, based on the conducted analysis
· To guide the design, revisions, and implementation of training programs (initial training and ongoing trainings) that support the objectives of the call center
· To participate in the development and implementation of projects related to department activities
· To participates actively in the training programs run by the Company.

Job requirements:
· Education - University Degree
· Excellent command of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
· Excellent knowledge of English language
· Ability to travel within the country and abroad.

Experience in debt collection or debt purchasing company, or equivalent combination of professional experience will be considered as an advantage.

· Excellent communication skills
· Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills
· Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
· Ability to provide constructive feedback.
