Software Support Engineer L2

As a Software Support Engineer L2, you will help our customers resolving their software issues so they can go about their day happy and fulfilled. You will also share knowledge with colleagues to help improve our service levels and deliver exceptional customer service.
You have full responsibility for managing technical support for our customers and will manage the information gathering and sharing, and analytical troubleshooting while collaborating with other engineers as necessary. If this is you, then apply today!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing top-notch customer care by solving software support issues for our customers
  • Follow best practice ticket management processes, ensuring tickets are handled and updated timely and every effort is made to achieve the best possible service
  • Actively contribute to achieving team targets and objectives
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide high-quality support to customers
  • Ensure constant self-development using day-to-day work, web-based training, and any other available tools

Skills:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support
  • Logical thinking and having a common sense in a daily business routine
  • Strong Team Player who is also self-driven and needs no close supervision from his manager
  • Analytical skills combined with excellent customer focus and soft skills is a must
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Prioritization skills and attention to details
  • A highly motivated person with a positive attitude, being an influencer and a self-learner who wants to constantly develop new and current skills, and embraces changes
  • Basic understanding of networking concept and data traffic; networks protocols; routers and switches
  • Basic understanding of Windows Server (2008, 2012 & 2016) and/or Linux/Unix OS
  • Basic knowledge of database products and technologies will be considered as an advantage
