Team Manager with French

Today we are giving the chance to continue your career as part of a Global Project in collaboration with one of the biggest technological companies in the world as Team Manager with French.


Responsibilities:
  • Directly managing Associate Linguists and other roles (operational and supporting) in a remote setup
  • Coaching, supervising and mentoring of new and existing team members
  • Goal setting, performance management and feedback
  • Planning and monitoring of daily operations and tasks, team utilization and capacity. Managing work schedules and priorities.
  • Troubleshooting and improving operations processes, escalating issues when necessary
  • Identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and communicating to client and stakeholders.
  • Performing regular data analysis and coordinating reporting metrics timeline and content
  • Monitoring productivity and quality, collecting and analyzing data in order to recognize trends and potential problem areas
  • Reporting regularly the business activities and results as well as receive guidelines on client’s strategy and objectives that will need to be implemented in operations. 
  • Running continuous improvement programs to ensure program efficiency, quality and effectiveness
 
Requirements: 
  • University degree in Philology or Linguistics in French
  • Excellent verbal and written French language skills
  • Fluency in English (verbal, written and understanding)
  • Technical and computational knowledge (tech savvy) is considered as advantage
  • Experience in people management
  • Strong leadership and capability to influence a team to achieve the best results in remote environment
  • Experience in a customer service environment, excellent communication skills with clients
  • Problem solving and fast reaction to last minute operational changes and update stakeholders accordingly
